Shamsuddoha Majumder

Hi, I'm Shamsuddoha — a Principal Software Engineer based in Dhaka, Bangladesh, with over 17 years of professional experience designing and building software systems that stand the test of time and scale. I specialise in Architecture & System Design, AI integration, and full-stack engineering — from early ASP.NET enterprise systems through to modern PHP, Laravel, and cloud-native architectures.

My career has taken me across the full breadth of software engineering — from crafting enterprise applications on ASP.NET in the early days, through senior and principal engineering roles at product companies in Bangladesh and Norway. Today, I lead architecture and engineering at FRONT Software AS, where I focus on system design, AI integration, and setting the technical direction for the product.

What genuinely drives me is the craft. I care deeply about writing code that is clean, purposeful, and built to last — systems that other engineers can understand, extend, and trust.

Over the past few years, my deepest focus has been on AI engineering and automation. I build intelligent, agentic systems using Python as my primary language for AI work — designing multi-step pipelines, autonomous agents, and LLM-powered features that solve real problems in production. I'm particularly drawn to the challenge of making AI systems reliable, observable, and genuinely useful rather than just impressive in demos.

Beyond the code, I find real satisfaction in mentoring engineers and helping teams think more architecturally about the problems in front of them. Good engineering culture, in my view, matters as much as good code.
